Precision steel fabrication, from our London workshop.

From helical centerpieces to industrial fire escapes, our architectural projects are defined by clean lines and robust construction. We use mild steel, finished with high-grade powder coating or bespoke treatments, to ensure longevity. We believe that a staircase should be a permanent, precise feature of the building it serves.

Steel staircase fabrication on the Stairforge London workshop floor

Workshop-led, start to finish.

Every Stairforge staircase is designed, cut, welded, and finished under one roof — nothing is subcontracted out. We work directly from your architect's drawings or survey the site ourselves, fabricate in mild steel to the exact stairwell dimensions, and install it ourselves too, so the people who build it are the people who fit it. That's what lets us hold tight tolerances on bespoke, one-off pieces instead of adapting a standard kit to fit.

How a project runs.

Fabrication & installation workflow

01

It starts with your drawings or a site survey, so every measurement is exact before any steel is cut.

02

We fabricate the staircase in our London workshop — structure, treads, and balustrade all built to match.

03

Then we install on site, finished to sit flush with the building around it.

04

Every installation is carried out to comply with UK Building Regulations Part K, whatever the staircase type.
